Attorney Gribouski’s Client Indicited on Several Serious Charges; No Jail Time
Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client, a twenty-one-year-old Springfield, Massachusetts woman was indicted for accessory after the fact of murder, accessory after the fact of armed robbery and interference with a criminal investigation. Each of these crimes carry with it a potential state prison sentence.
The basis of these charges was that the client had lied to the police to help interfere with their investigation of a murder that was committed by her boyfriend and two co-defendants. After a review of the extensive discovery in the case it was his recommendation that his client plead guilty. Despite the Commonwealth’s refusal that she be incarcerated, Attorney Gribouski was able to convince the judge to place his client on probation.
