Attorney Gribouski’s Client Found Not Guilty at Trial of OUI/DWI
January 24, 2017, Central District Court of Worcester, Worcester, Massachusetts
Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client, a twenty-eight year old Oxford, Massachusetts, woman was stopped by an Uxbridge police officer for allegedly crossing the fog line. After speaking with the client and having her perform field sobriety tests, the officer placed her under arrest for OUI/DUI.
Attorney Gribouski obtained the police report and booking video. After reviewing the evidence he recommended to his client that the case should go to trial. At trial, he was able to effectively cross-examine the arresting officer and rest his case without calling any witnesses. The judge found his client not guilty and additionally entered an order requiring the RMV to reinstate the client’s right to operate.
