Case Dismissed Against Attorney’s Gribouski’s Client Just Prior to Trial
September 8, 2016, Framingham District Court, Framingham, Massachusetts
Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client, a thirty-two-year-old Worcester, Massachusetts, man was charged by the Framingham Police Department with Uttering Counterfeit Currency, Larceny over $250 and Receiving Stolen Property. The client had been an assistant manager in a Best Buy store in Framingham. He was alleged to have sold gift cards for counterfeit currency.
Attorney Gribouski obtained police reports and video surveillance tapes in preparation for trial. After reviewing this evidence he recommended that his client take the case to trial as it was his belief that the Commonwealth could not prove the case. Upon answering ready for trial, the Commonwealth dismissed the case for lack of evidence.
