Attorney Gribouski’s Found Not Guilty of OUI
March 17, 2017, Leominster District Court, Leominster, Massachusetts
Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client, a 57 year old Holden, Massachusetts, man was arrested for operating after suspension for OUI. If convicted, he would be sentenced to a mandatory 60-day jail sentence with no parole.
Attorney Gribouski obtained all of the Registry of Motor Vehicle certificates and after considerable research determined that the Commonwealth could not prove that his client’s license was suspended for OUI. At trial, the judge agreed and only found his client guilty of straight operating after suspension but not for OUI. Attorney Gribouski’s client paid a fine instead of going to jail.
