Attorney Gribouski’s Client Found Not Guilty of OUI/DWI at Trial

Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client a thirty-three-year-old Whitinsville, Massachusetts man slid across the road in a snow storm and struck another vehicle head on. The police were summonsed and after speaking with the client and having him perform field sobriety tests, they placed him under arrest for OUI/DWI.
Attorney Gribouski obtained the police reports and booking videos as well as his client’s medical records. As a result of reviewing this information he recommended that his client proceed to trial. At trial, Attorney Gribouski cross-examined the arresting officer about the impropriety of conducting field sobriety tests on snow covered surfaces. He then introduced the booking video that contradicted the officer’s testimony. He then rested his case without calling any witnesses. He client was found not guilty.
