Attorney Gribouski’s Client Found Not Guilty by Jury at Trial Involving Gun Charges
March 15, 2016, Worcester Superior Court, Worcester, Massachusetts
Attorney James J. Gribouski‘s client, a twenty-one year old Worcester, Massachusetts man, was accused of assaulting another man with a firearm as well as illegally carrying a firearm during the 2014 Worcester St. Patrick’s Day parade. The evidence was that the client assaulted the man who then immediately went to the police and pointed him out as the assailant. Several police officers then stopped the client a short distance away. A .32 caliber revolver was found approximately 10 feet from the client in some bushes.
Attorney Gribouski vigorously questioned the alleged victim as well as the police at the trial. Attorney Gribouski was able to demonstrate to the jury that the police had conducted a seriously flawed investigation. The jury returned verdicts of not guilty in less than an hour.
