Attorney James Gribouski Wins Trial for OUI Client Despite 3rd Offense

Attorney James J. Gribouski’s client, a forty-three year old Worcester, Massachusetts man, was arrested for OUI 3rd offense after being observed by a Massachusetts State Trooper operating the wrong way on a one-way street. After performing field sobriety tests he was arrested. Attorney Gribouski advised his client to take the case to trial. After Attorney Gribouski’s cross-examination of the arresting officer it was decided not to call any witnesses. Shortly thereafter, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
