Attorney Gribouski Successful in OUI Trial After Defendant Failed Field Sobriety Tests
December 8, 2015 – Fitchburg District Court, Fitchburg, Massachusetts
Attorney James J. Gribouski‘s client, a twenty-five year old Princeton, Massachusetts woman, was stopped by a Massachusetts State Trooper when her car crossed over the center line of the roadway. After performing the walk and turn test and the one-legged stand test, she was arrested for DWI/OUI.
Attorney Gribouski obtained the police reports and recommended that his client proceed to trial. After the cross-examination of the Trooper, Attorney Gribouski rested without calling any witnesses. He then argued to the judge that the Commonwealth had failed to meet its burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge agreed and found his client not guilty.
